M for Montreal and Mundial Montreal are pleased to announce a new, intimate sync licensing event created to allow artists, publishers and labels to meet with top music supervisors from across the US and Europe. Following a brief introduction to each music supervisor and their work, attendees will be able to book up to twelve one-on-one meetings with our music supervisor guests. Ticket holders will gain access to a directory with contact information and notes on all participating music supervisors, and will also have the opportunity to include 3 tracks on a playlist that will be delivered to each of these VIP tastemakers in music for film, television, advertising, trailers and games.

11:30 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.
The benefits of landing a high-profile sync placement can go well beyond the licensing fees or royalties generated. With a little creativity, a sync placement can turn into a powerful marketing opportunity for both the artists and companies involved. We’ll look at some of the not-so-common ways to maximize visibility around the usage of music in media productions. Our music supervisor guests will introduce themselves, and share stories about the most innovative opportunities they’ve seen created for artists as a result of placing their music to picture.
